DATA BASE MAINTENANCE - UNREFERENCED MAINS

This was the second phase of the project started in the previous data-base clean up contract. Once again this exercise was carried out simultaneously at Maelor - North Wales and Cardiff.

SCOPE OF WORKS

(Item 1) Identify, by interrogating DRS, Druids and Mine Systems, problems which exist in the data-base systems which have been "set-up"

(Item 2) Identify and implement onto network, approximately 26,000 Unreferenced Mains Records. These to be checked against Digital Records, "set -up" by correct reference and "attached" to the network on DRS.

(Item 3) Cross - match all updated mains with Druids / Mine System to ensure consistency of information.
(Special Provision) The contract - South Wales, will be a "Twilight - Shift" operating between the hours of 1630 to midnight.
