HYDER INDUSTRIAL PARTNERING AGREEMENT
EFFLUENT PLANT OPERATION

Many Industrial Companies are now recognising that the management of water and waste water is a specialist activity requiring expertise not normally found within their established workforce. Therefore Hyder Industrial has developed an outsourcing package to take over, operate and maintain effluent treatment plants at client sites throughout the UK.

The first of these sites to sign up for the new agreement was Terry's Suchard at Bridgend, where Rockall had been providing electrical and mechanical maintenance cover, whilst Hyder handled the process operation.

As this arrangement had worked successfully for quite some time, it was a natural step to formalise our relationship and setup an agreement whereby, operating under the Hyder umbrella, Rockall would provide the maintenance personnel and Hyder the process personnel for this and further sites, including Dow Corning at Barry.
